8th Grade Graduation!!

Although there was an awards ceremony the day before, they gave a few more at graduation.  

This is Olivia receiving the "Principals Award" for leadership, citizenship and scholarship!  When they were reading the qualifications for choosing this person Emily leaned to me and said "Olivia!"  She knows first hand what a rockstar her sister is.

There they are!  The future.

This is an Hawaiian Heirloom Bracelet engraved with her middle name.  David bought this for her about 12 years ago to keep for a special occasion.  We decided the time was right, but unfortunately the size was not!  Who knew that little baby would grow up so big?  Luckily, we were able to get it enlarged and back in time for her big day.

It was a fun and special evening.  I didn't cry (but her sister did.)  I'm glad we have a few more years before we have to do this again.  My, they grow up fast.
